NEXT LEVEL/HYBRID

Next Level/Hybrid is our group geared towards middle schoolers and elementary school-aged athletes with a higher training age. In this group, you’ll learn how to jump/land, accelerate/decelerate, and move multidirectionally. You’ll also get an introduction into weight training where you’ll learn how to squat pattern, hinge pattern, lunge pattern, push, and pull! The work all scales so it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or have some training under your belt! This group meets for 60 minutes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 5 pm.

PEAK PERFORMANCE

Peak Performance is our high school-aged group that can also be appropriate for middle school students with a moderate training age. This group GETS AFTER IT in the gym. You’ll lift four days per week while also working on speed, power, mobility, and work capacity. Each athlete will have their own program to follow each week ensuring the work scales to where they need it to. More information about the schedule can be found here.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

High Performance is exactly what it sounds like. This group is for the dedicated athlete looking to get the absolute most out of their training this off-season. There are five sessions per week including an active recovery session designed to jumpstart the second half of the week. More information about this group can be found here.
