How Can I Sign Up To Train?

It’s simple! Just go here to create an account within our system. You’re not committing to anything yet just signing a waiver and getting into our system. After that go here if you’re an iPhone user or here if you’re an android user to download our app. After that find the services that are right for you!

How Do I Cancel My Monthly Payments?

Please send an email to Connor@theLDSP.com to cancel your monthly payments for our group training.

Can I Just Sign Up for One Month?

Yes! However our memberships are all on an auto recurring schedule for monthly billing. If you wish to sign up for only one month, you’ll need to email us and let us know that you want to terminate your contract prior to the second billing cycle. There is no cancellation fee, and you can finish out the month!

My Child is in High School, is the High Performance Group Appropriate for Them?

They very well could be a candidate for that group. That group is designed for higher level athletes in both high school and college with a higher training age. Send us an email and we can discuss if that group would be a good fit for them!

Can I Freeze My Membership if I Go Out of Town or Get Sick?

We do not allow the freezing of memberships outside of catastrophic events on behalf of the member or the facility. The memberships are already heavily discounted, and this means that we may not allow for make up sessions. These instances are taken on a case by case basis and we cannot guarantee your circumstance will allow a freeze. You can however terminate your contract for any reason at any time.

How Do I Sign In To Individual Classes After I’ve Bought an Unlimited Membership?

All of that information can be found here! We’re in the process of shifting everything over to our app, and the above link will take you to a page that will lay out how to sign up and in step by step!

I See There Are 8 Sessions for Peak Performance and 6 Sessions for Next Level and I have the Unlimited Option. Can I Sign Up for All 7/8 of The Sessions?

No. For Next Level, you’re going to either be on a Monday/Tuesday/Thursday schedule, or you’ll be on a Wednesday/Friday/Saturday schedule. With Peak Performance you’re either training at 4pm, or 6pm (11am on Saturday for the 6pm group). If you’re going to miss a session within your group you may sign up for another group’s session if there is space available, however we ask for you to reach out to us here to make sure there’s still space available within that class!
